    Nothing shipped outside the United States at any time for any reason.

    If you put in an incorrect phone number, bad email address, etc and we cannot contact you to verify the order, your order will likely be cancelled as fraudulent.

    The online ordering system on the website does not accurately calculate shipping costs. Most item descriptions show the actual shipping costs for the items. The actual shipping costs will be added to your order when your order actually charges.  We will contact you via the EMAIL address you provide when placing an order online. The "website" does not "update" you on your order- We do that via Email. This is how you will get tracking numbers, etc. so be sure to include a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU CHECK REGULARLY. Any "free shipping" offers are in fact shipping included offers. As always no returns are possible on gas masks, filters, protective suits, medical kits, night vision, thermal and food. These products are released by us under controlled circumstances. If items were to come back to us from an uncontrolled environment, we would not be able to assure the integrity of the product. We will not accept returns on these items, only exchanges. All sales for these items are final. Ordering of these items constitutes acceptance of these terms. Your Credit card is NOT charged for your order when you first put it in, your Visa, Mastercard or Discover will be charged when your order is ready to ship!

  • Consumer Agreement

  • You MUST USE AN EMAIL ADDRESS YOU WILL CHECK REGULARLY for your order so that you can receive tracking information on your order. . . With the extremely high number of fraud ATTEMPTS via bogus credit cards, we reserve the right to cancel and reject any and all orders we deem to be potentially fraudulent. Using a bogus phone number or contact info could cause your order to be cancelled as a fraudulent order. We must be able to contact you about the order and most orders will be verified before shipping, hence, we HAVE to be able to communicate with you.   Returns may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. As always no returns are possible on gas masks, filters and protective suits, medical kits, night vision, thermal and all food products. We do not "recycle" these items nor do we sell used items therefore These products are released by us under controlled circumstances. If items were to come back to us from an uncontrolled environment, we would not be able to assure the integrity of the product. We will not accept returns on these items, only exchanges. All sales for these items are final. Ordering of these items constitutes acceptance of these terms. All items subject to prior sale. . CALL if you have any questions. All stock shipping prices or where the shipping is included in price include the minimum insurance on the package. Customer must request and pay for additional insurance if required. Any "free shipping" offers are shipping included in the price.  From time to time manufacturers may change the appearance of or composition of a product, we have no control over if or when that happens.

    BEST TO CALL TO ORDER DURING PEAK ORDER TIMES.  After ordering you will automatically receive email sale promotions from JRH Enterprises. You can opt out of that at any time. High dollar orders done via the website will require further verification of cardholder due to increasing number of fraud attempts. These orders will not be considered complete until further verification is received- this is why it's critical you CHECK YOUR EMAIL!! Again, we reserve the right to cancel or reject any and all orders we deem may be fraudulent. Custom ordered items that require a deposit are not refundable.

     

     



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Most orders usually go out via USPS Priority mail. We will send you tracking information for your order, please make sure you include email address THAT YOU CHECK REGULARLY with your order. Most items shipped within 1-5 business days from the time payment clears. Check item descriptions for known factory lead times on items such as night vision and thermal imagers that always have a long lead time from the manufacturer. We do NOT charge until an item is ready to ship. Once an item is charged and ready to ship, a label will be created and we will be charged shipping costs. If you cancel past the point of the shipping label being created, shipping costs will not be refunded as they will not be refunded to us.

    If you wish to cancel your order after it is placed it has to be done via EMAIL so both parties have a record of the cancellation. As all marketing originates from the website, this includes any orders placed over the phone.

    We ship ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, DON'T BOTHER TO ASK US TO.

     




  • Warranties

  • See individual items for warranty info as it will vary from item to item. JRH warranties any night vision device we produce for a period of 5 years, warranty is transferable but does not cover abuse to the system, damage from being mounted on a weapon, IR burns from careless usage, burns from high light and other common sense protection actions the customer fails to do.



  • Return Policy

  •  We want you happy with your order. If you have a problem with your order, please call us immediately so we can take care if a problem comes up. . If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange (where applicable) you must email to get a return authorization number for your return. All returns must be done within a 14 day period, after 14 days, all sales are final. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN NUMBER PRINTED CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX! NOTE: ALL refunds will be LESS shipping charges as shippers will not credit back for these. Returns  subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. As always no returns are possible on gas masks, filters and protective suits, NV and thermal items, medical kits and food products. These products are released by us under controlled circumstances and unlike other vendors, we don't "recycle" them or sell used items as new.  If items were to come back to us from an uncontrolled environment, we would not be able to assure the integrity of the product. We cannot accept returns on these items. All sales for these items are final. All NV units are listed with specification ranges and spot spec guides showing possible blemishes (spots) - customer confirms he/she has read and understood this.   Ordering of these items constitutes acceptance of these terms. As all marketing originates from the website, these terms of sale pertain to telephone and mailed in orders as well. While it is not our intent to "rent" night vision devices if we did the daily rate would be no less than $100. per day,  Any refunds for these items would be less this amount and bench testing fees, this applies to any night vision that leaves here, no matter of if or how it is received, all units must be tested upon receiving back and those costs will come out of any refund. 

     Tuition on seminars and workshops are as follows:  deposit on CC holds your spot in that specific class and that specific date and is non refundable. Balance of class costs due in Cash at start of class.

     

    Price match policy- If an identical item WE sell goes on sale within 7 days of the order being placed, we will credit the difference. This applies only to items we sell and is not applicable during the time period of November 1st through December 31st, May 15- June3,  June 20th thru July 10th, August 20 thru Sept 5 every year.
