Nothing shipped outside the United States at any time for any reason.
If you put in an incorrect phone number, bad email address, etc and we cannot contact you to verify the order, your order will likely be cancelled as fraudulent. If fraud is believed possible on any order, we will hold that order until we hear from the customer, therefore it’s critical you respond quickly to any phone and email communication from us.
JRH Enterprises only sells to adults. We are a privately owned business and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
We will contact you via the EMAIL address you provide when placing an order online. The “website” does not “update” you on your order – We do that via Email. This is how you will get tracking numbers, etc. so be sure to include a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU CHECK REGULARLY. Any “free shipping” offers are in fact shipping included offers. As always no returns are possible on gas masks, filters, protective suits, medical kits, night vision, thermal and food. These products are released by us under controlled circumstances. If items were to come back to us from an uncontrolled environment, we would not be able to assure the integrity of the product. We will not accept returns on these items, only exchanges. All sales for these items are final. Ordering of these items constitutes acceptance of these terms.
You MUST USE AN EMAIL ADDRESS YOU WILL CHECK REGULARLY for your order so that you can receive tracking information on your order. . . With the extremely high number of fraud ATTEMPTS via bogus credit cards, we reserve the right to cancel and reject any and all orders we deem to be potentially fraudulent. Using a bogus phone number or contact info could cause your order to be cancelled as a fraudulent order. We must be able to contact you about the order and most orders will be verified before shipping, hence, we HAVE to be able to communicate with you. Returns may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. All stock shipping prices or where the shipping is included in price include the minimum insurance on the package. Customer must request and pay for additional insurance if required. Per CC processing rules, we are required to ship to the billing address for the credit card. If you have different billing and shipping addresses you must call to order, just randomly putting another address other than your billing address in the order form will not work- you will need to call.
If you have questions about a product, ordering, etc. call or email us before ordering. We ship VERY QUICKLY so it’s crucial you get your questions answered before you place the order, not after. We answer our phones 9am to 7pm M-F and 9 to noon on Saturday, email is checked every few minutes during normal hours- you WILL get a response quickly. However if you place an order and then ask questions, your order may ship before we even see your question on email. It is expected customers will ask questions before they actually place the order. Often times during normal hours an order is pulled and shipped within minutes of being received, do not assume it will take 2 weeks because it did some place else! You must ask any questions before placing an order, we cannot be responsible for you waiting to ask a question until after you order. We understand customers wanting to lock up or grab specific units before they are gone, just CALL or email us any questions Before you place the order. We respond quickly, we are known for this.
From time to time manufacturers may change the appearance of or composition of a product, or change “MAP” pricing on a product we have no control over if or when that happens.

Shipping & Delivery
Most orders usually go out via USPS Priority mail. We will send you tracking information for your order, please make sure you include email address THAT YOU CHECK REGULARLY with your order. Most items shipped within 1-5 business days from the time payment clears. If the new online processing system deems your order “suspicious” we reserve the right to hold the order till we hear from you. Check item descriptions for known factory lead times on items such as night vision and thermal imagers that always have a long lead time from the manufacturer. If you wish to cancel your order after it is placed it has to be done via EMAIL so both parties have a record of the cancellation. As all marketing originates from the website, this includes any orders placed over the phone. Administrative costs- we reserve the right at our discretion to charge a nominal fee for administrative work at a rate of $50. per hour or any part therefore for any extra administrative work required by the customer or the customer’s actions.
Warranties
See individual items for warranty info as it will vary from item to item. JRH warranties any night vision device we produce for a period of 5 years, warranty is transferable to the 2nd owner provided they contact us to register the unit with us. Like everyone else’s warranty, ours does not cover abuse to the system, damage from being mounted on a weapon, disassembly of the unit by anyone other than JRH night vision, damage from leaving battery in the unit, IR burns from careless usage, burns from high light and other common sense protection actions the customer fails to do. Refer to the quick user guide you were sent via email and in the package with your NODs for more safety info.
Return policy
We want you happy with your order. We have over 33 real years in business and hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers. If you have a problem with your order, please call us immediately so we can take care of you if a problem comes up. If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange (where applicable) you must email to get a return authorization number for your return. All returns must be done within a 7 day period unless otherwise noted, after 7 days, all sales are final. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN NUMBER PRINTED CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX! NOTE: ALL refunds will be LESS shipping charges as shippers will not credit back for these. Returns subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. As always no returns are possible on gas masks, filters and protective suits, NV and thermal items, medical kits and food products. These products are released by us under controlled circumstances and unlike other vendors, we don’t “recycle” them or sell used items as new. If items were to come back to us from an uncontrolled environment, we would not be able to assure the integrity of the product. We cannot accept returns on these items. All sales for these items are final. Any refunds for special discounted items and/or free items included in package orders will be less the cost of the free item for the package. All NV units are listed with specifications and tube pictures showing cosmetics – based on these, the customer makes the final and firm decision to purchase a specific unit. The manufacturers data sheet for the NV tube which is included with the unit is the ultimate guide regarding tube specifications, spots etc. any tube pictures should be used as a general guide only and are provided simply as a courtesy to the customer. Ordering of these items constitutes acceptance of these terms. As all marketing originates from the website, these terms of sale pertain to telephone and mailed in orders as well. Customer must report anything they believe is an issue with an order within 7 days of receiving order. While it is not our intent to “rent” night vision devices, If we did, the daily rate would be no less than $100. per day. Any refunds for these items would be less this amount plus bench testing fees, this applies to any night vision that leaves here, all units must be tested upon receiving back and those costs will come out of any refund. The old 7 day price matching policy cannot be applied to the new website because the new website charges your card upon ordering- you lock in the price when you successfully place the order and it cannot be changed for any reason. The old price matching was not available during sale times and specific times of the year like Nov 1- Jan 1. If a manufacturer of a product we sell changes price, appearance, etc. of a product we have no control over that. Your order cannot be changed or modified once it is placed, be sure to double check all info, address, phone number, email, etc.
